| Personal History | Born on Andor or Andoria as most Terrans call it, Oti comes from the island nation of Aucirob. His blue skin is a deeper blue like those from south of the equator, even though his Zhavey is an Aenar. Having a typical childhood for an Andorian, by the age of ten Oti was able to hold his own against his Vulcan sword instructor. By the age of 16 Oti was able to complete his citizenship training and began his mandatory three years of service to the Imperial Guard. His good looks and charm had him working to create propaganda-Holos and was used as a poster chaan for the Imperial Guard. He often spoke up against marginalizing offworlders and believes that the Andorians need to do more for the Federation and Starfleet. To prove this, he often showcased his ability to understand speak and read Federation Standard, Vulcan, Klingonese, Andorese, Tellarian, and some High Romulan. | |
